Information Policy
We collect only what running your workspace requires: account details, workspace content you create, billing records and basic usage analytics. We never sell personal data, never share workspace content with advertisers, and we process everything under strict access controls and encryption.
You can export or delete your data at any time from workspace settings. Backups expire within 30 days of deletion. Sub-processors (hosting, payments, email) are vetted annually and listed in your workspace's trust center.
Terms Of Use
Loomstack Cloud is provided as a subscription service for lawful business use. You own your data; we own the platform. Fair-use limits apply to automation runs and storage per plan, and accounts engaged in abuse, spam or illegal activity may be suspended.
Services carry a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment on paid plans, with credits for verified shortfalls. Either party may terminate with notice; prepaid amounts for unused full months are refunded on annual plans.
